BEGINNING AND ENDING DATES FOR TWELVE WEEK SESSION
August 23, 2010 to November 12, 2010
January 3, 2011 to March 25, 2011
April 4, 2011 to June 24, 2011

The two, four, and six week sessions are only offered in the April and August sessions which run concurrently with the twelve week session. These sessions start every Monday which will begin and end within the beginning and ending dates of the twelve week session. If the session you would like to attend is full, we will apply your $100.00 deposit to your second choice or refund your deposit. Also, you may change your classes or have your deposit refunded providing the school is notified in writing 4 weeks prior to the start of class.

If you change you mind about attending this school after the 4 weeks prior to the start of class or fail to pay the balance when due, you will forfeit your $100.00 deposit.

HOUSING - (if needed) A $50.00 deposit is required with application to reserve housing. The balance will be due first day of class.
 

You understand that if you cancel the application, once accepted, after the 4 weeks prior to the start of class, or fail to pay the balance due on the first day of class, you will forfeit the $100.00 deposit.

You will assume full responsibility of injury to yourself and you will not hold the Midwest Horseshoeing School or any of its instructors responsible for accidents.
