Should you choose to attend Midwest Horseshoeing School you will learn through a carefully structured combination of lecture, laboratory, and practical experience the proper use of all blacksmithing tools and equipment, forging techniques, and the correct methods of shoeing a horse.
This includes hot shoeing, corrective shoeing as well as an introduction to and understanding of cold shoeing. As a student, you will also learn how to maintain your own tools, how to set up your equipment, and examine successful ways to set up your own business.
